Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area

Absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia, CA! This spot is truly in the heart of it all—just steps away from amazing restaurants, a brewery, and tons of shopping options. It’s also conveniently close to the freeway, making getting around a breeze. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was a delight to have a pool, happy hour, and quick bites available right on-site, so if you’re in the mood to stay put, you have everything you need! Despite it being a family-friendly hotel with lots of kids around during our summer stay, we couldn’t believe how peaceful and quiet it was in our room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we had such a serene experience that I almost forgot we were on a local staycation! Perfect place to unwind, enjoy the pool, and take in all the local gems we often overlook in our day-to-day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a quick escape that offers both convenience and relaxation!

It’s really difficult to understand the low rating of this hotel as well as the bad reviews since our stay was just great and enjoyed fully. Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Also being close to the north freeway, it’s easy to reach LA destinations easily. Our room was quite sufficient and bathroom had a recent update which looked perfect. WiFi worked well and what about the free tea/coffee in the morning. Staff was helpful in accommodating our needs therefore we cannot ask for more!

We stay at the Arcadia Hilton every time we are in town. We had chosen other places before but we come back to the Hilton for their service, their quality food service and beautiful rooms. The rooftop bar is awesome. Wonderful people

Fine for the price considering it’s the LA area. Arcadia is nice, seems safe. Lots of restaurants, places to shop if you need it. Close access to highways but nothing too close to the hotel to cause noise from traffic. Hotel lobby and outside area is clean. Hotel rooms are a bit dated but relatively clean.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The pool was decent, providing a nice spot to relax, though it was nothing extraordinary. One thing to note is that breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly. However, the quality of the service more than made up for this. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here multiple time. Extreme lovely staff. Sam the manager is such a great person, and always wants to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible. Kind hearted and lovely smile. All front desk staff are kind and caring Thanks for my stay Anthony : )

Apologies for the photo of the room. We had just dumped everything after a big drive, it does give an idea of the room. The room was clean and tidy and while we needed more towels. It is as suggested on the website. I didn’t use the facilities as we spent time out of the hotel. Staff were friendly and aimed to help. The only downside was the lumpy pillows, they took a bit of getting used to and noise from the above room (people walking )

Can you park a car? If yes don't stay here, because these people cannot park to save a life. It was wild how many cars can't park. Other than that we stayed 2 nights and each night in a different room and both room were completely out of conditioner. Only one elevator worked and you had to pay 16.50 for a Continental breakfast. Also there is no bar or restaurant. 1st garden inn I've seen without one, even tho they have signs up as if they do. What they offer is a canned jack and coke for 12 dollars in the convenience area. And frozen burritos.
